Terms of payment:
- The reservation is confirmed after payment of at least 30% of the total rental amount.
- The remaining 70% + € 500.00 deposit will be paid to the same account at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
- The costs of electricity will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining deposit will be returned to the tenant if all arrangements have been fulfilled and no damage is found.
For a last minute reservation less than 1 month before the rental period, the full amount must be paid.
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation up to 42 calendar days before the arrival date: 30% of the total rent.
- Cancellation from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) to the 28th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 50% of the total rent.
- Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) to the 7th calendar day (exclusive) before the arrival date: 90% of the total rent.
- Cancellation from the 7th calendar day (inclusive) to the arrival date: 100% of the total rent.
